In order to use stickers you have purchased from LINESTORE, you must download them inside the LINE app after you have purchased them.
If the stickers appear in your purchase history on LINE STORE but not in your purchase history within the LINE app, please restart the app and your device, then follow these steps:
1. Open the Settings page.
2. Tap Stickers.
3. Tap Purchase History.
4. Tap on the stickers you purchased in the store.
5. Tap Download.
If you are still unable to use the stickers after doing the above, please contact us via the Inquiry Form.

To add LINE Credit from LINE prepaid cards or LINE gift codes, you need to enter the PIN in half-width alphanumeric characters. Codes are case sensitive and should not include any spaces.
Please be careful when entering the PIN, as it won't be recognized if even a single character is entered incorrectly.

To add LINE Credit from a prepaid card:
1. Select Add Credit on the LINE STORE home page.
2. Select LINE PREPAID CARD >Continue.
3. Enter the PIN and select Add Credit.
Note: Be sure to enter the PIN in half-width alphanumeric characters, and to enter upper and lower-case letters correctly.
The LINE Credit you added from your prepaid card can be used on LINE STORE.
You can check your credit history for the last year under Credit log on your account page.

LINE STORE is a service which allows you to purchase LINE stickers as well as LINE Coins (virtual currency for LINE Games) from your smartphone or PC.

Note:
LINE PLAY Extra Hearts are not available on LINE STORE. Please purchase these from the app. We plan to expand the lineup of LINE Game items available in the store in the future.
Users without a credit card and who were unable to purchase paid stickers and other items from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone) are now able to purchase them via LINE STORE using different payment methods.
Some items available in the LINE app are not available on LINE STORE. Please purchase these items from the LINE app.

To purchase items or send them as gifts on LINE STORE, please follow the steps below.
To purchase items:
1. Go to LINE STORE > select the menu icon at the top left > Log in.
2. Select the item you want to purchase.
3. Select Purchase.
4. Choose your preferred method of payment from the Select payment method page and enter the information necessary to complete your purchase.
To send items as gifts:
1. Go to LINE STORE > select the menu icon at the top left > Log in.
2. Select the item you want to send.
3. Select Send as a gift.
4. Choose a friend and tap OK.
5. Select a gift message character > Send gift.
6. Choose your preferred method of payment from the Select payment method page and enter the information necessary to complete your purchase.
After completing the steps above, your friend will receive a notification message in LINE with the gift message character you chose.

Note: Currently, LINE Out items cannot be purchased with bonus LINE Credit.
By logging in with your LINE account from the screen that appears when you launch the relevant game/app, you can set up the link with your LINE account.
Please follow the steps below to check which apps you've linked your LINE account to.
1. Start the LINE app and tap the Friends tab > Settings.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Authorized apps.
Tapping an app to which your LINE account is linked in the Authorized apps list lets you see the detailed information about that app.

To log in to LINE STORE, please follow the steps below for your device.
To log in to LINE STORE from your smartphone
2. Tap the menu icon at the top left > Log in.
If you add the LINE STORE official account as a friend on LINE, you can easily access LINE STORE from the chat screen. See this Help article for information about adding official accounts as friends.
To Log in to LINE STORE from your PC
Log in using a QR code:
1. Click Log in at the top right.
2. Click QR code login.
3. On your smartphone, start LINE and tap the Friends tab > Add friends > QR code.
4. Scan the QR code.
5. Tap Log in on your smartphone.
Note: If the identity verification screen appears, enter the verification code on your smartphone.
Log in using your email address:
1. Click Log in at the top right of LINE STORE.
2. Enter the email address and password you registered on the LINE app, then click Log in.
You need to have a phone number registered with LINE to log in to LINE STORE. If you've only verified LINE with a Facebook account, you won't be able to log in to LINE STORE. You can register a phone number on the LINE app by tapping the Friends or More tab > Settings > Account.

As LINE STORE is a browser-based service, if there is no activity for a certain period of time from a logged in user, your account will be automatically logged out. If this happens, you must log in again.

Because the services offered by LINE STORE are linked to your LINE account, it is not possible for you to delete only your LINE STORE account.
You can delete your LINE STORE account by deleting your LINE account, but at the same time that means that all of your LINE STORE data (your Purchase History, purchased products, Charge History, My Credit balance, and so on) will also be deleted.
This data cannot be recovered once it has been deleted. Please think through your decision very carefully before deleting your account.

Whenever you log in to LINE STORE, you'll receive a login notification.
If you received a notification but don't remember logging in, we recommend doing the following to strengthen your security.
Turn OFF Allow login from other devices:
If you turn off the Allow login setting, it will automatically log you out from any other device (LINE for PC, iPad version of LINE, etc.) and your account cannot be logged back in to from those devices.
To turn this setting off, go toMore >Settings >Account, and turn OFFAllow login.
Note: You can quickly access the Account screen by selecting this link from your smartphone.

We are currently adding 2-Factor Authentication to all of our services that can be logged into with a LINE account.
2-Factor Authentication is a method for verifying your identity. When you try logging in to a service, a verification code will appear that needs to be entered into LINE on your smartphone.
This extra step of verifying your identity with your LINE account helps prevent unauthorized logins, even if someone else knows your password.

Stickers
You can send a friend any sticker set with the Send as a gift button on its purchase page.
To send stickers as a gift:
1. Log in to LINE STORE and choose the sticker set you want to send.
2. Select Send as a gift.
3. Choose a friend and select OK.
4. Choose a gift message character, and select Send gift.
5. Select a payment method, then tap OK.
6. Enter the necessary information for your payment method.
The sticker set will be sent to your friend after you've completed the payment.
Note:
- If custom stickers are sent as a gift, only the recipient can edit the caption.
- Users with a version of LINE earlier than 9.4.5 cannot receive custom stickers. If you'd like to send custom stickers to someone using an earlier version, please ask them to update the LINE app.

If you find a creators' sticker set for sale that you have an issue with, please follow the steps below to report it.
Note:
- To report an infringement of intellectual property (IP) or privacy rights, please contact us via this Inquiry Form.
- You need to log in to LINE STORE to send a report.
- The content creator won't be notified that you reported them.
1. Open the relevant sticker set and clickReport at the bottom of the page.
2. Select a reason for reporting the stickers, then clickAgree & send.

To purchase custom stickers:
1. Log in to LINE STORE.

4. Enter a new caption and tap OK.

Message stickers let you personalize them by adding full sentences (up to 100 characters, including spaces).
Note:
- You can use message stickers with LINE version 10.3.0 and later.
- Update LINE here.
You can preview how your text will look before purchasing message stickers.
To preview message stickers:
1. Select the message sticker set you want to purchase.
2. Choose a sticker to preview.
3. Select Enter message under the sticker being previewed.
Enter your text and wait for it to automatically appear on the sticker.
Note:
- Previewed messages won't be saved.
- When you purchase the message sticker set, it will be downloaded with sample text.
After downloading message stickers, you can edit and save them in the LINE app. For the steps to edit message stickers, see this Help article.

You can change the text in message stickers as many times as you like.
To edit a message sticker:
1. Start the LINE app.
2. Open your list of sticker sets in a chat and choose the set with the message sticker you want to edit.

5. Enter your text and tap Save.
Note:
- You can enter up to 100 characters (including spaces).

You can change your plan by going to your LINE STORE Account page, then clicking the Subscription plans tab > Update plan.

- Your new plan will take effect (and you will start being charged for it) from the next renewal date.
- You cannot change to a Yearly plan if you're using the SoftBank mobile payment/Y!Mobile payment option.

You can currently change between some plans (courses) on LINE STORE.
To change your plan (course):
1. Log in to LINE STORE.
2. Tap the menu icon > Account page > Purchase history > Subscription plans > Change plan.
Note: For PC users, click Account page > Subscription plans > Change plan.
3. Select the plan (course) that you want and finish changing your plan.
If you change your plan (course), you can use the service for no extra charge until the new price is applied from the next renewal date.

To cancel your subscription:
1. Log in to LINE STORE.
2. Tap the menu icon > Account page.
3. Tap Purchase history > Subscription plans.
4. Select LINE Stickers Premium > Cancel.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish canceling the subscription.
Only subscriptions purchased on LINE STORE can be canceled on LINE STORE. If your subscription was an in-app purchase, please cancel it from the app.

The latest you can cancel your plan (course) subscription is by 9:59 pm on the day before the renewal date. If you cancel after that, the cancelation will apply for the next renewal period.
For example, if your monthly subscription's renewal date is August 10:
• Your subscription will end on August 10 if you cancel your plan by 9:59 pm on August 9.
• Your subscription will end on September 10 if you cancel your plan after 9:59 pm on August 9.
You can see your exact subscription end date by tapping Account page > Purchase history > Subscription plans > LINE Stickers Premium > Cancel.

With the Deluxe course, you can have up to 1,000 Premium sticker and emoji sets at a time.

Note:
- The LINE Stickers Premium Deluxe course is not available through this plan.
- You cannot subscribe to the Deluxe course while you're using the LINE MUSIC free sticker plan.
- If you want to use the Deluxe course, subscribe from LINE STORE after canceling your LINE MUSIC free sticker plan.
To use the LINE MUSIC free sticker plan, you need to subscribe from the registration screen in the LINE MUSIC app. You can find information about the LINE Stickers Premium course types in this Help article.
If you already have a LINE Stickers Premium plan, you can subscribe to the LINE MUSIC free sticker plan after you cancel your current plan and the canceled plan expires.

If the Send as gift button appears on the emoji set purchase page, you can send it to a friend as a gift.
To send an emoji set as a gift:
1. Log in to LINE STORE and choose the emoji set you want to send.
2. Select Send as gift.
3. Choose the friend you want to send the gift to > OK or Select.
4. Choose a gift template to send in the chat, then select Send gift or Purchase.
5. Choose your preferred payment method and select OK.
6. Enter your required information.
Your friend will receive the emoji set in a LINE chat.
Note: Users need to have LINE for iOS/Android version 8.5.0 or later installed on a compatible OS to use emoji. You cannot send gifts to recipients who do not fulfill these criteria.

After purchasing emoji on LINE STORE, you need to download them to the LINE app.
To download emoji from LINE STORE:
1. Go to LINE STORE > tap the menu icon at the top left > Log in.
2. Tap the menu icon at the top left of the LINE STORE home page again, then tap Account page.
3. Tap Purchase history followed by the emoji set you want to download.
4. Tap Download (Purchased).
Note: You can't download your emoji if you log in from a PC.
To download emoji from the LINE App:
1. In the LINE app, tap Settings > Stickers > Purchase history > Emoji.
2. Tap the emoji set you purchased on LINE STORE.
3. Tap Download (Purchased).

You cannot purchase LINE Emoji if you're using a version of LINE earlier that 8.5.0. After updating the version of LINE that you're currently using to 8.5.0 or later, you'll be able to purchase emoji sets on LINE STORE.

You can send a friend any theme with the Send as a gift button on its purchase page.
To send a theme as a gift:
1. Log in to LINE STORE and select the theme you want to send.
2. Select Send as a gift.
3. Choose a friend and select OK.
4. Choose a gift message character, and select Send gift.
5. Select a payment method, then tap OK.
6. Enter the necessary information for your payment method.
The theme will be sent to your friend after you've completed the payment.

- To report an infringement of intellectual property (IP) or privacy rights, please contact us via this Inquiry Form.
- You need to log in to LINE STORE to send a report.
- The content creator won't be notified that you reported them.

Due to Google policy and specification changes, unique theme splash screens (the screen that appears when you open the LINE app) no longer appears. Instead, LINE's default green splash screen is used.
This change is applied to themes that were sold up to March 2022 after updating to LINE version 12.5.0 or later. Additionally, the default green LINE splash screen appears for all themes sold from April 2022, regardless of which LINE version is being used.

Please complete the following steps to cancel an Auto-Recharge or Auto-Renewal plan.
