Power System and Automation Solutions Ltd (PSAS) is an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company in the area of Electric Power Generation, Transmission and distribution with the competence and innovative solutions to all ranges of power system problems. It is a subsidiary of IBI Energy Systems Ltd..

This is the highest level corporate governing body, whose members represent the shareholders.
It is headed by a Chairman of the Board. The Central Executive Management reports directly to
the Board, obtains approval of the Board for all policy matters, budgets, plants resource
allocation, etc. The activities and responsibilities of the Board are governed by the Corporate
Articles of Association (By-laws).

Testing and Commissioning Services

Postweld Heat Treatment (PWHT
Post-weld heat treatment is most generally used for stress relief. Stress relief after welding may be
necessary in order to reduce the risk of brittle fracture, to avoid subsequent distortion on machining, or
to eradicate the risk of stress corrosion.
Torquing
To achieve a leak-free start up, it is imperative to give proper attention to flange management during
pre-commissioning and maintenance activities. At Power System And Automation Solutions Ltd

procedures, we tighten joints to the desired tolerance in a controlled and safe manner.
Non Destructive Testing (NDT)

qualified personnel, conducts pressure testing on pre-fabricated spools and piping installation to
ascertain their pressure holding ability prior to commissioning. This we carry out with utmost regard to

and complicated metal machining services. With our Colchester Mastiff I400 Gap Bed Lathe and
Asquith-Archdale 4MT Radial Arm Drill, machining of all kinds is a done deal.
